Changes to Warranty and Returns Policy

We have reviewed our Warranty and Returns Policy and for new orders purchased as of 15/09/11 will have these new terms.
The changes are outlined below but can also be found on the 'Warranty and Returns' page.
NEW DHCD COMPUTING HARDWARE
Where a hardware product contains personal data and the extended warranty has not been purchased then DHCD Computing charge a fee to backup personal data. This fee has been reduced to £10 from £25
NEW DHCD COMPUTING HARDWARE WITH EXTENDED WARRANTY
Extended Warranty has had its Engineer on site terms extended from East Sussex to the whole of Sussex in line with our coverage area. Note all repairs are free however if you are in a chargeable callout zone this still applies
SECOND HAND HARDWARE
The standard warranty that comes with the majority of our Second Hand equipment has been extended from 14 Days to 30 days. Excluding items in the Clearance Category which remains at 14 days.
