Services Now Added

DHCD Computing are now adding our services as well as new products to our online shop which enables our customers to purchase a service using our online shop and secure payment system.

What does this mean for our customers:

> Easily order any of our services
> Easy payment of the service rather than cash/cheque or invoice payment
> Instant Invoice
> We will contact you upon reciept of payment to make the arrangements for the service
> Quicker ordering and payment times

How does this work:

> The customer browsing our website can find the service they want and add to basket
> The customer can then go to checkout and make the payment
> We then get notification of the order along with an invoice being sent out
> One of our engineers will be in contact with you within 48 hours to make the arrangements (such as a appointment if an onsite service)
> We complete the work

Note not all services will be available via this online method and some services that have more complex options will still need to be spoken about with one of our sales reps on 0843 289 6518
