DHCD Computing - Services - Support Contract

Some of our customers prefer to pay for a Support Contract rather than paying an hourly rate everytime they need support. For this purpose we offer a contract that will give you a certain amount of support time per month to fix any problems on any of your computers or other networked devices.

If you have under 5 networked devices/computers in your premisis then please see below for our pricing (note this is only a guide and certain equipment may increase the contract price or even decrease it.)

If you have over 5 devices then we can only give a quotation after completing a site survey.

For all common manufactures that are up-to-date the current standard pricing structure will apply. If the device is old, hard to get drivers or manufacture support or un-common this may increase the contract cost. If the device you have is the latest technology by a manufacture that has readily available downloads and support then this will even decrease the contract cost.

For you first computer the cost is £10 per month if it fits in the common and up-to-date* category. For every computer or device there after the cost will be increased by £5 for a common and up-to-date devices.

The standard contract allows you to have 1 hour on-site support and 20 Minutes Phone Support or 45 minutes online remote support per month.

If you over run on on your allowance then you will get the services at a discounted rate:

£10 per Hour of on-site support
£3 per 15 minutes of Phone Support
£3 per 15 minutes of Online Remote Support

If you have a device which has readily available drivers and support the monthly cost of that device could be as low as £2.50!
