Server Monitor is the new name of our 'Pinger' and 'Pinger Pro' application. This program is designed to monitor your server(s) and alert if there are any problems or any service unavailable.

This product is able to monitor the following areas of your server:

> Microsoft Services as well as 3rd Party Services
> Network and Internet Connectivity
> Server Resources (such as Disk Space and Memory)

It is able to alert you in the following methods:

> Alarm
> Visual Display
> E-mail

Also in the event of a Network or Internet un-availibility an e-mail alert may not be able to get through to you so how would you know that your server was down? Well we have two answers to that question:

Firstly along with the license of the Monitor that sits on your server you are also given 3 licenses to host a smaller version of this product on computers or other servers to check the connection into the server(s) you are monitoring.

Secondly we also offer a hosted solution where we will monitor your server for you and notify you of any problems. This is instead of buying a license to the software yourself we will install a different client and configure it for you. We will then actively monitor your server and e-mail you of any problems.
