We also welcome drop offs. If you would rather drop your computer off to us for repair or a free quote we can then give you a call when its ready for collection. Just give us a call to arrange a drop.

Our OnSite PC Repair costs are £20 per hour with a minimum charge of £20. We also offer 25% dicount for OAP's at £15 per hour with a minimum charge of £15.

If you don't need OnSite support we also offer Phone Support and Remote Support.

PHONE SUPPORT

If you beleive your problem can be sorted over the phone then give us a call. Our rates for phone support are £10 an hour charged every 15 minutes at £5, Minimum charge for this service is £5. You can get this service for less by taking out a Support Contract with us, Please see below. Please note if you are not an existing customer before we provide support we will need to take all your details, You will not be charged while we collect this information.

REMOTE SUPPORT

We offer Remote Support where we can access your computer remotely to fix it or show you something. For more information on how this works please see the 'Remote Support' page for more information. We currently charge £15 per hour charge at half hourly rates of £7.50

If you would like to be able to call upon us at any time for support why not consider taking up one of our Support Contracts where you will pay a small monthly charge and we will provide you with support when you need it without further charge. For more information please click here.

We also offer a Maintenace Contract which costs £10 per month for your first computer and £5 per additional computer and we will visit your premisis bi-annually to complete preventative work on your computer to keep it running smoothly. As part of this contract you will also receive a free piece of software from us that will actively monitor your computer and flag up any potential problems and sometimes before they happen.
