Retain Rights
If we beleieve your software would be useful to others after we have done your
free consultation and mapped out your requirements we will offer to do the
project for alot less on the agreement that the software rights remain with us
and we are allowed to modify it to be generalised and resell it on to others.
If
this is the case and you choose to allow us to keep the rights we will still
provide you with full source code and complete the software to all your
requriments plus an unlimited license but you will not keep have the rights
needed to resell the software yourselves. For more information on this please
